Zero Tolerance Policy

Skyward family practice is committed to providing a safe and respectful environment for our patients, visitors, physicians, and staff.

We have zero tolerance for

Verbal abuse, yelling, or profanity
Threatening, intimidating, or aggressive behaviour
Harassment, discrimination, or bullying
Physical violence or damage to clinic property

Anyone displaying abusive or aggressive behaviour may be asked to leave the clinic immediately. Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled, and where appropriate, the incident may be reported to the police. Patients may also be dismissed from the practice in accordance with professional guidelines.
